The Ocean State Star Awards is part of the Providence Performing Arts Center’s Education initiative which recognizes, honors, and encourages excellence in all aspects of musical theatre performance and production among area high school students.
The awards show will be held at PPAC on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at 7pm. As winners of “Outstanding Musical”, Feehan’s Urinetown cast will be performing a selection from the musical on the PPAC stage. Winners of the outstanding lead performer award will also be performing a medley during the show.
Additionally, six Feehan students were honored with ‘Rising Star’ recognition and have been invited to perform at the event: Samantha Avila ‘23, Neil Cahill ‘23, Catarina Carvalho ‘26, Evan Jackson ‘23, Matthew Roslonek ‘26, and Arianna Simoneau ‘24. Congratulations to all!
